The process of burning bundled and dried sacred herbs is one that has been practised by indigenous cultures for thousands of years.

Smudging is the ceremonial practice of mindful burning of herbs to purify the air, cleanse unwanted energies in your space and reduce stress.

This White Grandfather Sage is farmed in the alpine region of Victoria, and has been organically grown and harvested for the last 20 years. It is all produced by hand, from the growing, the cutting, the tethering, the drying and the packing, using traditional methods.
